jon cheplak AZ eventThe Brokerage Model Is not Broken:  I have spent the past 13 years supporting leadership in our industry dispelling this myth time and again.  My overarching objective in this 2 day event is to arm you with the systems, strategies and processes that facilitate constant change and growth in your organization.  I will deliver to you the framework based on fact and results when we focus on what is relevant instead of chasing the next bright shiny object or magic pill that quickly fades.  We are in a fast moving world  and industry of technology…remember this..we are still in a human resource, human behavior, and human development business.  The science and art of leading independent contractors is where your solution lies and I have that blueprint, a blueprint top organizations are using today. 

Projections:  Establish a crystal clear, specific, and measurable picture of where you want to go in the next 12 months.  With the foundation I provide you with in this exercise we can predict your agent population, units, volume, and revenues based on empirical data and over 20 years of trends and surveys. 

Productivity Training Programs:  Most training in our industry fails and or gets very little participation causing agents to go outside the organization for training.  We will take a close look at the different shapes, and form that actually generate results.  I don’t believe we are in an industry of lazy agents, I believe we can do a better job facilitating change in those we lead instead of just overloading them with too much information.  We will look at your current training program and compare it against other programs to bring you into a laser focus of training and coaching that gets results.

Leadership and Retention:  We exhaust endless human resource and financial resource to attract and develop productive agents only to have very high attrition rates that keep us in a spin cycle stunting our growth. The number #1 human need next to food, water and air is a sense of belonging and acknowledgment.  Just like all the other systems and strategies you have in place, you must also have an acknowledgment matrix in place.  I don’t believe we have offices in our industry, they are more like tribes, villages and communities we create and nurture while holding a context based in principle.  This is where the balancing of art and science comes into play in your leadership.

Sales Meeting:  “Agents don’t like to attend sales meetings Jon”  My response to that is “Sports fans don’t like to attend games when the team is losing.”  People are attracted to and enrolled in experiences.  Now you may think a sales meeting is not important as things are just fine in your current condition.  Here’s another thought, how often do you get your team together for a high level communication of the vision for the office/company/team, public acknowledgment of agents contributing to the vision and then a powerful piece of value transference from you to your agents?  How often do your agents get  to come together and experience the power of your team you have assembled?  This is the power of a sales meeting and I have the form and structure for you to deliver as such. 

Recruiting:  There is not a single issue in your organization that attracting/recruiting quality human resource won’t solve.  It is our most critical daily activity that is not a part of our native skill-sets, but once you commit to the systems and strategies of today’s top recruiting leaders, growth and profitability becomes a habit.  In this part of our 2 days I will cover every aspect of recruiting both online and offline, along with how to strategically marry the two together through specific market tested and market proven strategy and system.

Expert Interviews:  What I believe is the most powerful part of an experience like this is hearing from your peers that are getting it done on a day to day basis as they open up and share with you what works to deliver amazing results.  Throughout the 2 days I will be interviewing TOP leaders from many different brands and models sharing exactly what they are doing in their daily process of leadership.  In addition you will get the opportunity to ask them any questions you may have.
