3 Simple Steps To Recruiting Experienced Agents On A Consistent Basis. 

Hi, I’m Jon Cheplak with The Real Recruiter and Cheplak Live, your competition is broadcasting a message of hype. If you want to pass them up you are going to create an experience for people. You’re going to treat agents as if they were your own.

Here are the 3 steps to take.

  1. You want to educate and acknowledge them. The more you educate people the greater the authority you are in the marketplace and you want to be that leadership authority. Agents are looking to join the most competent relevant leader. Not the business model, not the fancy stuff.
  2. Engage with content. Give them content, give them information that they can implement into their business so they can get a sense and feel of how you really interact with your agents as a leader.
  3. Inspire. Here is what I want you to do, I want you to take a look at inspiration from a different space. See many of us think of inspiration as, “oh, I’m excited, I’m motivated and it’s this energy word.” Here is my definition of inspiration:  it’s giving something to people whether it’s something of value, or whether it’s a tip, it’s a strategy or tactic before they actually join your company. Allowing them to experience you as a leader, allowing them to experience how you coach, train, and lead agents. And you know what the ultimate inspiration is, let them have a result in what you have shared with them. That’s true inspiration.

And here is what’s going to take place, when you follow those three steps: educate and acknowledge, engage with content, and you inspire. You are not going to have to deal with objection handling and resistance and all the negotiation on spits fees and things of that sort.

Come from a space of goodwill and value, let your competitors play in the hype game.
